Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
If your item has manufacturing defects, or is not as described. Items cannot be returned if you have "changed your mind". Due to the variance in monitors and screens colour is not a reason for fabrics to be returned.

Items such as fabrics, elastics and other items that are cut to length cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned to our store within 21 days of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

The item, including original packaging need to be returned to:-

SHIPPING for returns?
Items found to be defective or not as described once returned and tested, will receive a full refund for the cost of the item. Customers are responsible for return postage. If the item is found to have been misused or abused, no refund will be issued.

CREDIT for returns?
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise arranged.

Packing materials?
Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?

Items need to have their original manufacturers packaging to be returned. Items must be retuned with original packaging so that I can see if the item may have been mishandled in shipping.

If you receive an item that has damaged packaging when it arrives, please note this with the delivery driver before signing for the item. You will need to photograph the damaged packaging before opening so that a claim can be made with Australia Post.
